Marathi Elocution Competition - 10th December 2012
Marathi Elocution Competition was held on 10th December 2012. It was an initiative to encourage the Marathi language learning among the children. The competition developed the interest and love for the language among the students. Elocation children fluently spoke on the topics given. Contestant were judged on their binguistic skills, content, expression and pronunciation. The topic choosen for the competition were

Quiz Competition - 11th December 2012
To increase the awareness about the current happening school conducted the Quiz competition on 11th December 2012. It was held among the four houses, i.e. Red, Blue, Green and yellow there were four rounds. In the first round Red and Yellow house competed. There were four parts in each round, i.e, Question and answer round. It was a pass on round in which 5 bonuses awarded to the team who answered the pass on questions correctly. Second round was rapid fire round. The next was the Buzzed round and the last was the audio-visual round. Yellow house emerged as a winner of the first round with 160points. Second round was as same as the first. Blue house was declared as winner. The final rounds were between Red and Yellow house. Children were well equipped with knowledge. They participated very enthusiastically. Principal Madam, Mrs. Zulekha Siddiqui Congratulated the winners and appreciated their endeavor.

Singing Competition - 26th December 2012

The literary activities for the academic session 2012-13. Included singing competition which was held on 26th December 2012. This Competition was for our young budding stars from all the classes from I-X Participation was commendable with participants coming out with their favourite numbers in Hindi, English and different languages. Mrs. Zulekha Siddiqui and Mrs Sangeeta were called in as a judge to judge in the best singers. The students were judged on the basis of criteria given below:-
1.The choice of Song.
2.Voice Quality.
3.Stage prescence
4.Melody
The Students enjoyed the singing competition. It was a wholesome entertainment.

Spell Bee Competition - 28th December 2012
The Spell-bee Competition for the year 2012-13 was held on 28th December 2012. Spee-bee initiates students into the world of competitive learning, acting as an invaluable tool for language improvement. The healthy competitive spinout motivates the students to learn on their own. It helps in a systematic and structured understanding of English language. The game and activity based nature of the competition ensures the students attention and utilize their aspiration for winning games. Students from all the classed participated in the competition. There were four rounds in the competition.
1. Dictation round
2. Multiple choice question (Hair phones)
3. Puzzle round.
4. Making maximum words from the given aalphabets,
the students did their best in the competition. 3rs of language, i.e. Reading, writing and listening were successfully achieved. It has build up the students knowledge as well as proved the joyous way of learning language.
