TEACHER’S DAY

           As it is rightly said by Henry Adams, “A teacher affects eternity, he can never tell where his influence stops.”

          Teacher’s day at Anjuman –I-Islam’s A.A.K. English Secondary School was celebrated with full zeal and enthusiasm. The students council members became teachers and played the part of the teachers. The celebration started with a beautiful dua by Khan Ahmed fro VII-B. The hosts for the programme were Naheed Fatima from X-A and Shaikh Maryam from X-A. Shaikh Masarrat from IX-A gave a tribute to Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan. The students from Std. V to X organized different programmed like song, dance, skit with complete energy and excitement. These were also various games for the teachers.

          The chief guest forl the day was Mr. Burhan Harris. The teachers and the Principal of the school, Mrs. Zulekha Siddique were overwhelmed on seeing the enthusiasm of their students. At the end, the Principal thanked all the students for all their love and respect and also congratulated the teachers on the eve of Teachers Day.
