QIRAT  COMPETION

30^th June, 2014

As it is lightly said by soren kierkegaard, “Prayer doe snot change God, but it changes him who prays.”

In keeping with the above saying, the Qirat Competition for 2014*15 was held on 30^th June in Anjuman-I-Islam’s A.A.K English Secondary school hall. All inventions , regarding the competition were given by  Mrs. Shehnaz Patwegar. The students  from Std. V to X participated with full enthusiasm.          An external  judge , Miss Tsneem  was also invited . She is a very nice person and has excellent religious knowledge.

The purpose of the competition was to inculcate among the students religious values and simultaneously strengthen their religious roots. The competition enabled the students to to recite the Holy Quran with more clarity. It was a beautiful experience to see and hear the young students recite the verses the Quran with such respect, enthusiasm and perfection

May Allah ( SWT) accept all the efforts made by the young students and make this event a source of inspiration for all.Ameen
