Education day 11th November

On November 11, 2023, while the students were on Diwali vacation, Anjuman-I-Islam's AAK English Secondary School, Vashi observed National Education Day virtually.

Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, the first Education Minister of independent India and a renowned educationist, was born on this day.

He was adamant that education is a weapon for social change.As the first Minister of Education in India, his goal was unambiguous, every person ought to be entitled to aneducation that would enhance their abilities and provide them with a fulfilling existence. Because of his comprehensive understanding of education, he founded premier educational organizations such as the University Grants Commission and the All India Council of Technical Education. India's highest civilian award, the Bharat Ratna, was given to him posthumously in 1992. As rightly quoted by MaulanaAbulKalam Azad, " To succeed in your mission, you must have single-minded devotion to your goal".
