VISIT TO ANJUMAN-I-ISLAM KALSEKAR POLYTECHNIC

*KALSEKAR TECHNICAL CAMPUS VISIT BY STD. X:*

      On 31st December, 2024, the students of Std X from Anjuman-I-Islam’s A. A. Khatkhatay English Secondary School visited Anjuman-I-Islam’s Kalsekar Technical Campus, Panvel as a part of the school's ongoing efforts to provide students of Std X with hands-on experience and exposure to various career paths.

    It was around a 3 hour visit, with the students reaching the campus along with their teachers, Mrs. Yasmin and Ms. Tehseen. Upon reaching the campus, the students were given a tour of the entire campus. The students visited various faculties like Mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering and Automobile Engineering, to name a few. Students were taken on a guided tour of the college's facilities, including  laboratories, workshops and classrooms. The students got a chance to talk to the faculty experts and get an overview of the different branches of Engineering.

      The students were later assembled in the campus auditorium where they attended a career guidance session. Here the students were given a detailed insight into the various career options they would have after Std X. The resource person also guided the students about how to select the right stream. It was a very informative session.

   The students gained a better understanding of the various technical courses offered by the college. The visit helped to improve students' perception of technical, dispelling common misconceptions.

        The visit to the technical college was a resounding success, achieving its objectives and exceeding expectations. The visit provided students with a unique opportunity to explore the world of technology, inspiring and motivating them to consider new career paths and make informed decisions about their future career.
